Nikki Ervin, Founder and Owner of Nikki Ervin & Company, is dedicated to building and strengthening humanity, one individual at a time.
As a Los Angeles native, Nikki has developed a strong connection with (and understanding of) the diverse communities within the Southern California area, in which she chooses to serve – whole heartedly.
Nikki is no stranger to the community, or giving. She often says, “There are various ways to help people.” As a vital piece of various organizations, she serves her community through the following: youth outreach, homeless programs, community entertainment and much more.
Nikki, like many others, had a bad experience when she purchased her first home. She says, “I had to do all of the work. After that experience, I decided I wanted to work towards my real estate license. I promised myself this would never happen again.”
Determined to excel, Nikki obtained her real estate license, in 2003, and her real estate brokers license, shortly-after. Refusing to “settle” and ready to endure the various obstacles set before her, Nikki set her focus on obtaining the highest certification possible; her mortgage broker license. Though challenging, she succeeded. Now, having been a licensed real estate professional for over 14 years and counting, Nikki is yet manifesting her passion and embarking upon new territory.
In August of 2017, Nikki Ervin founded her very own multi-industry/national real estate & mortgage company, “Nikki Ervin & Company”, which specializes in the following: Buying & Selling property, Mortgage Loans, FHA (Federal Housing), VA (Veterans Loans), Conventional, Reverse Mortgages and Commercial Loans, credit restoration and much more. The sky is the limit for, both, Nikki Ervin and each person who experiences her. She is ready, willing and able to help others reach their dreams.
